2. Acceptance of terms

Accessing the site, creating an account, purchasing or activating licenses, downloading the software, or using integrations means you accept these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

3. Permitted use

• Use SEO Data Report to audit websites you own or are authorized to analyze.
• Keep credentials, licenses, and access under your control and do not share them improperly.
• Respect robots.txt, technical limits, third-party rights, and applicable law.
• Use Google integrations only for properties and accounts where you have legitimate permissions.

4. Prohibited use

• Do not use the service for unauthorized access, abusive scraping, attacks, spam, reverse engineering, or security bypass.
• Do not attempt to access third-party accounts, data, APIs, or systems without authorization.
• Do not resell, sublicense, manipulate, or share licenses unless expressly authorized.
• Do not use Google data obtained through SEO Data Report for personalized advertising, data sales, credit scoring, or purposes not requested by the user.

5. Google integrations

Google connections are optional. The user must start the OAuth flow and grant explicit permissions. SEO Data Report only uses those permissions to show metrics, comparisons, and reports inside the requested feature.

You can revoke access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

6. Software download and use

The downloadable software is provided to help you perform SEO audits. Installation and execution depend on your device, operating system, permissions, antivirus, network, and configuration.

• You must review technical requirements before installing it.
• You must use it responsibly and only on authorized websites.
• Crawler results are technical assistance and do not replace professional review.

7. Licenses, payments, and support

The service may offer free, beta, or paid features. The platform is currently in beta and does not process payments through the website. If payments are enabled in the future, the provider, price, taxes, duration, renewals, and applicable terms will be disclosed before purchase.

We may suspend or cancel access in case of fraud, abuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

The site, software, design, brand, texts, documentation, reports generated by the platform, and visual assets belong to SEO Data Report or its licensors. No rights are granted except the limited use needed to operate the service under these terms.

9. Liability

The service is provided with reasonable availability and security measures, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every environment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss, business loss, or results caused by incorrect use of the service or software.

10. Providers, privacy, cookies, and changes

The service is hosted on Hetzner infrastructure. Email communications are handled through the domain email service managed with CDmon. For analytics, measurement, and tags we may use Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager.

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookie use is explained in the Cookie Policy.

We may update these terms due to legal, technical, or commercial changes. The current version will be published at this URL.
